Lions Gate

Souderton PA  18964

is an attractive and active adult community located on both the north and south sides of a section of West Broad Street in Franconia Township in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.  It is situated on approximately 54 acres and there are a total of 156 homes.  The first residents moved in during the Fall of 1996 and settlement on the last new home occurred early in 2000.  Lions Gate is situated within the Souderton Area School District and the eastern-most boundary of the community abuts the Borough of Souderton.  Within the Lions Gate community, there is a Club House, an Activities Center with workout facilities, a swimming pool, two tennis courts, several shuffleboard courts, and a walking path.

Hot Dog Night at the Clubhouse

A good time was had by all (a sell-out crowd), and the hot dogs were better than any you could get at a ballpark. Many thanks to all those who organized it and made it happen - it was great!
