The Board
In
accordance with the By-Laws, the Association is governed by a three-member Board of
Directors. The individuals currently
serving as members of the Board are: Hugh Cullen, Director and President (term expires in
May, 2011), Thelma Becker.
Director and Association Secretary (term
expires in May, 2012) and Mary Lynne Snyder (term expires in May, 2013. In addition, Bill Santulli serves as Treasurer, and
Bette Jean Gilbert as Recording Secretary.
Board meetings are held throughout the year, and all
homeowners/residents are welcome to attend. Notices of meetings are posted
both in the mailrooms and on the website. The Annual Meeting, when a
member is elected to serve on the Board, is held in early May of each year.

Management Company
In order to facilitate the management of
the Association, the Board of Directors utilizes the services of the Grosse and Quade Management Company. The company is located at 762 E. Main Street in Lansdale.
Telephone number: 215-855-8700. This firm has many responsibilities including but not limited to: assuring that the monthly fees and any special assessments are
collected; assuring that the property is maintained in accordance with the established standards; and enforcing the rules and regulations as directed by the Board.
