Snow Removal

The streets within Lions Gate are not dedicated, i.e., the Township is not responsible for maintenance, repair, and/or snow removal.  Consequently, the Association must make arrangements for this work.  For snow removal, the Association has a contract with an outside firm.  It specifies that they are to remove snow from all driveways, courtyards, and streets within our community.  In general, the contractor is authorized to begin removal when the depth is 3 inches and the snow is forecast to continue.  Each resident is responsible for the removal of snow from their own sidewalk.  Questions or concerns regarding snow removal should be directed to Janice Shearer at the Management Company (215-855-8700).
