 SWIMMING POOL

RULES & REGULATIONS

 

The pool is open to Lions Gate residents and their guests, only. Guests must be must be accompanied by a resident. (Limit of four guests per household).

 

  1. Persons swim at their own risk.  A lifeguard is not provided.

  1. Supervision of children is the responsibility of the resident.

  1. Animals are not permitted in the pool or pool area. 

  1. Persons who are incontinent or have communicable diseases, fever, colds, running sores or bandages are not permitted in the pool. PA Department of Health regulations prohibit persons wearing diapers (or any variation thereof) from using the pool. 

  1. Food and/or beverages are not permitted inside the pool area.  Water in non-breakable containers is permissible.

  1. Objects such as balls, inner tubes, rafts, inflatable air mattresses and pool furniture are not permitted in the pool. “Noodles” are allowed.

  1. Running, diving, jumping, and/or splashing are not permitted in the pool area. Hygienic actions such as spouting water are prohibited.

  1. Swimmers must wear proper attire in the pool. (Swimsuits).

  1. All injuries or infractions of the above must be reported to Grosse and Quade Management Company (215-855-8700) immediately.

Violations of the Rules & Regulations by a homeowner or homeowner’s guests may result in the homeowner being fined up to $1,000, loss of pool privileges, or both.
